Whitehouse Racing
Whitehouse Racing is a British independent team which competes across the country with the desire to win.
Whitehouse Racing started in 2015, racing in EasyKart UK, scoring a best result of tenth place out of a grid of twenty five. 2016 proved to be a step up with all finishing positions inside the top ten achieved for the first half of the season, however, engine issues hampered us for the rest of the year.
In 2017, Whitehouse Racing moved into the Junior karting category. The team spent 2017 learning the kart, adapting to the new speeds and driving styles. A highlight of 2017 was the dramatic race at Shenington Racing Kart Club where we went from half a lap down and last place, all the way through to ninth place after what proved to be a brilliant strategic call.
2018 was to be a challenging season but overall we managed to pull our best result of sixth place so far in our karting journey.
Just before the beginning of the 2019 season, Formula One driver Daniel Ricciardo became involved with the series, creating larger grids, enabling for greater exposure and development for all drivers and their teams.
This final year in karting was our best season to date. Achieving our first victory at Glan Y Gors Karting, North Wales and then ten podiums across the season. From missing out on what could of been a great race in Cumbria to a soaking wet race at Fulbeck with visibility to none and picking up a second place. Hooten Park was our final race in karting and what a great way to end my karting journey, from starting seventh to finishing fourth.
An emotional goodbye for what has been a great stepping stone into the world of Motorsport.
